Well, we just made an offer on two acres in "Valley View Heights," located in the east hills of Tillamook. The landowner pressured us to deal with him directly but we had a loyalty to a realtor that has put up with showing me random properties on any whim of mine over the past few years, and wanted someone with fiduciary duty to us as a representative. Here's a bad phone camera shot - beautiful views in all directions. He has until Sunday to accept - but claims another offer was on the way in.
