Pippi again

We wrote a big earnest money check today and signed the agreement with our realtor today. As of yet we have no buyers remorse. We are just plain psyched. Beth and I are thinking about taking our morning workout up the hill to our lot tomorrow – see if we can catch a sunrise view. It’s quite a climb, but shorter than say this mornings efforts of almost 4 miles – so I’m game.
