Charlie's costume

Charlie must have decided that he was too old this year to trick or
treat. Instead, at his request, we took a glue gun, some carhart
overalls, an old flannel shirt, and some raffia and a glue gun to put
together a a scarecrow costume. When trick or treaters came to our
door, Charlie would wait until they reached into the bowl for candy
and grab their arm. (only the big kids...). He had tons of fun and
got lots of laughs.

I'm especially pleased at how well the dead herb plants added to the ambiance of our front porch on Halloween evening!
