We're off to Silcox Hut for the weekend with some friends from work. I've never been there before - but am looking forward to it. We had to do a little arm twisting to get the kids up there. Grandma was working on luring them away for a whole weekend of Columbia County Fair - Rodeo fun which sounded much better than hiking around "Mountain Hood" with mom's nerdy work friends). I told Samantha that it would be beautiful, someplace they have never seen and we could play games!
